Like many, I love jewelry. I used to buy them but nowadays I make them myself. I like designing and making. But it is even more fun when I see someone wearing my creation.
I have always been interested in metals and minerals. My background as a chemical analyst is probably the cause. That is why I often process precious and semi-precious stones. In 'The Metropolitan Museum of Art' in New York I gazed at the many antique jewelry that were exhibited there. So beautiful. Ancient jewelry is a feast for the eyes and gives me a lot of inspiration.
The materials I use include Goldplated, silverplated, silver and goldfilled. I also mainly use (semi) precious stones. These have a natural and honest appearance. If you see something nice in my collection, don't hesitate to ask questions about this. Sometimes I sell something, but more often I give it away to friends for a birthday or special occasion.
